Leaving Our Homes

The silence of the raising water was unexpected. Never it occurred, that a day will come for this community on the West Coast of Peninsula Malaysia to evacuate their homes overnight so that they would escape the silent horror in hopes of survival. Some are adamant; refusing to leave for their homes are what left for them. In this silence the community became aware, that walking through this climate pain can no longer be for their future generations. Cleaning activities after the flood reminds us to do our part, to manage what we throw away, properly and wisely.
