PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP

On 8th August 2022, Young Reporters for the Environment (YRE) held the Photography Workshop at SMK Raja Perempuan Kelsom, Perak. Students from SMK Raja Perempuan Kelsom and SMK Raja Perempuan Ipoh took part in this programme. We had Mr Yusuf Madi, a nature, landscape and wildlife photographer as the speaker. The Photography workshop exposes students on the career path of a professional photographer. Students are able to acquire skills and technique in photography such as rules of third (RO3), composition, lighting, and framing. A practical session was done, where participants were divided into smaller groups to go around the school and take photos using the skills they learnt in the workshop, for them to present right after.
